Express Service

Our Express Service refers to anything required in 5 days or less. In meeting your tight schedule, it is important that both parties know what to expect up front. Under time constraint, it may be necessary for us to make some assumptions based on the information available to us at the time the order is received.

For Express Service, here are the basic requirements and assumptions we will make unless it is called out otherwise within your RFQ in writing or stated on drawings submitted at time of RFQ.

Required Media at time of placing order:

· Gerber files for all layers, masks, and silk screens.

· Fabrication drawing files including the order of assembly for the layers*

· NCD (Numerically Controlled Drilling) files

· Designation of plated vs. non-plated holes

Basic assumptions made on our quotations for Express Service:

· Substrate; FR-4 Mil 13949/4

· Holes; Up to 1,000 per PCB

· LPI solder mask

· Silk screen (white) on one side for single sided boards or both sides for double sided.

· Minimum 0.004” lines on 0.008” centers

Any of the following items need to be specified on the RFQ:

· Dry film solder mask

· Slots

· Scoring or web routing

· Palleting of multiple part numbers per panel

· Nickel/gold

· Carbon ink

· Holes below 0.018”

· Lines below the UL approved 0.004” on 0.008” centers

· Blind and buried vias.

· Net list electrical testing

· Other substrates such as Duroid or Polyimide

· Laser Photo plotting of master plots.

Terms and conditions;

· Express Service is limited to 1-25 pieces

· Express Service orders will be billed at net 15 day based on credit approval

· Visa or Mastercard accepted

· All required data must be received by 10:00 AM Eastern time for that day to count as day one.

· In the interest of meeting your schedule for any new part; unless otherwise specified within your RFQ either in writing or on the drawing, we will assume compliance to IPC-4101, IPC-A-600 class 1, IPC-6011 and IPC-6012 class 2.

· In the event of a new revision to an existing part, unless otherwise specified within your RFQ either in writing or on the drawing, we will assume compliance to the criteria of the previous revision level.

· 5 day delivery means ship on the 5^th day to arrive on the 6^th.

· All shipments are FOB destination via “Next Day” means.

· Any special handling or “AM delivery” required by the customer such as UPS 8:00AM or Fed-Ex P-1 by 10:00 AM will be billed to the customer

· Saturday Priority delivery must be stated on purchase order.

· PCBs needed in less than 5 days will require a 25% per day adder except for 12 hour turns which will be quoted separately.
