Production personnel are trained in their individual jobs and process areas to recognize defects or potential problems before value has been added to the work in process. Etched innerlayers are inspected by an automatic optical inspection (AOI) machine to insure that only perfect layers are laminated for multilayer boards. Finished product performance is guaranteed by bare board electrical test.
