Quality at Rapid Circuits
At Rapid Circuits we take quality very seriously; our quality policy states that we are committed to providing our customers with consistent quality product, full shipments, and on-time delivery. We endeavor to support our customers' success by way of technical support, quick response, state-of-the-art equipment, and by striving to improve our standard for excellence.
- We are UL approved.
- All product at a minimum is manufactured to IPC-A-600, IPC-6011 and IPC-6012 class 2, or customer specifications.
- All materials used are certified IPC-4101.
- Our quality system is certified to ISO:9001:2000.
Feasibility Engineering
Feasibility engineering is a quality assurance activity where the feasibility of both productivity and compliance to board requirements are established.
The artwork design features are evaluated to IPC design guidelines to
determine if the completed board features will meet the prescribed standards.
In the event of design/board requirement conflict, the customer is contacted immediately to resolve any design rule conflicts. Based on the extent of the time delay needed for the resolve, the ship date may be pushed out as the order was held for processing.
It is Rapid Circuits' intention to provide quality boards by aid of this front-end support in the spirit of customer-vendor partnership.
